The employee's are the most helpful, friendly and amazing people ever, they will help you find whatever you need, even if you have never heard of a perfume before, they will find your scent by the end of your time there.

That was the most efficient and quickest online purchase that I have ever made in my entire life. I searched the product I wanted, added to cart, paid via Snapscan and the transaction was over in less than 5 minutes.Added bonus was that I didn’t have to pay for shipping and it was a small order! I will be back.

I have made a turn at this store 3 times to purchase the same perfume. All 3 occasions I am met with the most pathetic customer service and shopper profiling…if you don’t look like you can afford to purchase the products you won’t be treated with decent customer service. With my last experience I called the sales assistant out on their deplorable service and it was emphatically denied.I have now resigned myself I will rather purchase my perfume elsewhere. Judging by some of the comments on this platform I am even more disappointed in knowing that I am not alone. Be better.

Beautiful store but is NOT anything like the Skins in The Netherlands! Service is something that doesn't exist in this store. Asking questions about a product is a waste of time simply because the staff lack knowledge about the things they sell. But you will find most of niche perfums. Please invest in staff training. Online ordering is good.

Almost every cosmetic item for sale in the store has no price indication, neither on the items themselves nor on the shelves.The shop assistant advised there is no time to mark items with a price or even to realize items have no price indication or even to consider this may be of concern to the customer .It's quite awkward every time an assistant has to run to the till to scan an item to find out its price when one asks . It's simply easier to shop online from an overseas store that carries the full range of a product, with all prices and full product information easy to access. DHL offers an excellent and tireless , energetic service by comparison.

The staff was unhelpfull and ignored us. And most of the perfumes I wanted to try was empty.

Really lovely selection of high-end European brands such as Diptyque, Byredo, Le Labo, Acqua di Parma etc - at a price that seemed reasonable given how far away Cape Town is from these brands’ home markets. Gift wrapping was also quite nice.

The worst experience I've had. Very superficial and unprofessional staff who chose to ignore us most likely cause we weren't wearing ubiquitous brands, and proceeded to attend to other customers who came after us while we got no service. Absolutely pathetic and shameful considering we went there to shop. We will not be going back.
