What a shocking service ,I received there ,Manager did not attend my case and she just walked pass,I will never put my foot there again

Telkom is driving me insane now, I dont even know who to call anymore. Does the branch in windemere even have a real manager? Ntombifuthi and Wendy have failed to help me with a mistake they made and im tired of calling and going to the branch to receive no help at all. Ntombifuthi claims she signed me up for a certain package and billing made the mistake and is billing me wrong, but when I call billing they claim Ntombifuthi is the one who made the mistake. Initially I just needed them to bill me correctly for the fibre package i signed up for but now I am tired of telkom,no one helps you at Telkom literally no one. Pay in mind that its a mistake they made and now im suffering for it.
