Great team great vibe have great sales skills

Bought a mattress and base set ( Seally posturepedic) in June 2017, after a few months the bed and base started cracking. Can't even turn on the mattress, it cracks and popping springs, then they took months to replace the base, still didn't solve the issue, had to again ask a replacement of mattress. Once again the set that was replaced is having the same issues.Waste of money and time. Avoid buying from the store as the inconvenience to exchange goods and just the arrogance in replacing the set with another defaulted set is what you get

What a experience, tried shopping for a bed since November, but it's so overwhelming to know it's a longterm investment - 10 years at least. But Dial a Bed Randridge managed to sort me out in less than 20 minutes, answered all my questions with good competent answers - and giving my uncertainty, certainty, exactly what I needed and to give the 'dark cloud' a silver lining they delivered the same day.
