Beware of Dolene she works for sales and signs individuals up through contact agreement however she will con you by trying to get you to choose longer contacts to pay more without you knowing as she probably gets commission of it there's more review about her from other people who have experienced the same. She used to work at the kloof branch till it closed

The equipment is a bit different to the other zone fitness's but it still does the job. Cute lil studio with view.

The charge decent fees in comparison to other gyms, but they take years to replace or fix equipment. Just a bunch of broken machines and missing equipment - their TRX cables were taken out to be replaced months ago, but no one has any clue when they'll be replaced

Don’t go this gym. The sales people are not transparent at all. My girlfriend and I were dealing with Roshaan, she ropped us into paying for a two month contract even tho we only needed a 2 week one. She called my girlfriend 3-4 times in the early morning bugging her for payments. After we said we wanted to cancel our contracts she blocked us both on WhatsApp even tho she took our numbers to get us to sign the contracts, And to top it off she left my girlfriend an incredibly rude voice note. I’m really unhappy with my experience. Do not go here if you are in Cape Town for a short period and want to train. Rather go to the virgin active or anything but this gym, and I’m still trying to get my membership cancelled to this day.

Quite small but never over-crowded. I usually go between 6am and 7am. This gym has a free weights area, static weight machines, bicycles, treadmills and other workout equipment for all types of gym-goers. The men’s locker room is very neat, has a hairdryer and there’s a sauna for recovery after your sessions. Feels a bit premium for Zone Fitness.

I currently gym there at the moment since Kloof closed in December 2022, I been enjoying myself until my bag was stolen yesterday from the lockers in the male changing room ( I lost my cash , apartment keys , Black Jacket , keys for my bikes chain, thanks God I left my car and decided to ride the bike , I could have lost my car keys too) , what makes me more upset is the fact that there is no camera in the entire gym area, not even by the entrance , so anything can happen there no one will have a proof that it even happened…I’m just so disappointed that such a big Gym with so many members doesn’t have a single CCTV camera…so no one is actually safe there . If I could I was gonna put half a star for that .

Gym is okay. However a quiet few of the staff are complete and utter scam artists. Especially the woman named Dolene who’s job is to sign people up for gym programs. She lied to us and convinced us to join the gym saying we would only pay R250 for a month and 8 days of being a member of the gym. However she did not explain the fine print in the contract did not explain that we would be paying a further R550 for just 8 days of a membership in March. We went back to cancel today after finally realizing the scam she’d gotten us into. The manager and her however gave a long story and would not let us cancel our membership unless paying the 550.
