The worst pharmacy! Truly!The wait time is incredibly slow. And not because of long lines but rather extremely slow service. I am not impressed with the client care either. And just recently when I gave feedback about their incorrect measurements, the lady became visibly irritated with me. As if I’m not allowed to give feedback. In addition, we purchased a multivitamin for my baby 11th May 2023. I only just noticed that the expiry date was 13/01/2023!!! How can you sell expired medication and for babies no less. This pharmacy requires better management

Standing at the till for 20 minutes waiting for medication to be picked out. No lines. Very quiet. 3 ladies are sharing stories in their phones. This is what customer service is at its best!!!well done medicross always delivering excellence

The pharmacy is terrible. Always waiting for long times to be helped with prescription. Totally understaffed and unapologetic.

This clicks pharmacy offers a convenience because it is next to medicross hospital. So you don't have to leave the premises to get your medication. But if you are willing to wait for +- 30 min for your medication, this is the pharmacy for you. They have enough staff, the queues don't really seem too long but you will have to have the patients to wait, which is rather annoying when you're gravely ill and just want to get home and get better.I am typing this while standing with my I'll infant for 20min in the queue and another 15min at the kiosk.

Shocking service for prescription meds min wait 40 minss and mostly elderly clients. Only 3 people on duty. Surely more people needed??

The phone line is a mess, and good luck on getting through. It's easier to get hold of the Gupta's.However, Brenda and her team is excellent and while I have a Clicks much closer to me, it's worth driving to them. Service is astonishing.

Had excellent help from the Pharmacist, Brenda. The queues can be long as this is a small Clicks in a busy medical centre, but when you are seen the service is great - very kind and helpful staff.
