There was an issue with our geyser leaking which was also a Kwikot product that did not last the whole warranty period regardless we bought a brand new one for R4300. We installed it and it immediately started to leak,thereafter we called the customer helpline who eventually answered after cutting our call multiple times. They came to our house after 3 days and immediately looked for faults in the installation so they could withdraw the warranty instead of actually assessing the geyser for the origin of the leak... They withdrew their warranty and did not assist us any further(they told us their is no warranty anymore and left!!!!. No assistance whatsoever) .. How do they intend to have continued support from customers when they only care about putting money into their pockets whilst disregarding their customers... The point of the warranty is to help your customer in the case of a defect, not to look for ways to get out of it... No compassion or empathy from this company. Will not support any further

I reported my leaking geyser to Kwikot and was told it would take 2-4 days to be assessed. Within 48 hours they arrived to assess the leaking geyser and it was replaced with a new one. Excellent service

I reported my leaking geyser and Kwikot sent a replacement within two hours. My Geyser started rusting as I live very close too the ocean. I've owned it for three years and eventually it rusted through.The didn't ask for a receipt or made it difficult to replace.Thats awsome service.

The most useless service and quality geysers. The 1st geyser split within 6 months, the 2nd geyser leaked within 3 months and now the 3rd is leaking again and it's not even a month- all this within 1 YEAR!! The installers even drove a stud into the bedroom of our new home and NEVER BOTHERED to compensate us in any way saying to us that it is not their problem!

If you want no service and no honesty then buy Kwikot. Kwikot deserves a 0. They sell geysers with a warranty never intending to actually uphold it. They rude and find excuses other than the ones reported so that they can get away with replacing the geyser. They try to make it up to you and replace parts that's working perfectly fine, knowing well that you will have even bigger problems. They are a disgrace and steal from old people and cause oppression. They have no humanity in them and scream at customers, no business and honesty ethics. Even Raymond does not uphold his character and does not return calls. Listening to a customer is not in him. They promise the world but give you nothing that matters in return. It's a shame we have people like this in the world. Don't buy these geysers unless you want problems.

Fantastic service! My 3 year old geyser picked up a leak on the tank. Logged a warranty claim and a service provider was allocated to me within a few hours. The next morning Nolan Moodley contacted me and made arrangements to come through at my convenience. Geyser was inspected and found to be a valid claim and a brand new gesyer was installed. Well done Nolan and the Kwikot team.

Excellent service my geyser was leaking I called kwikot and nomvula was assisting me she was very helpful she assigned a tech to me within 45 mins Kwanza mtshali called and was at my place old geyser was removed and new geyser on WELL DONE KWIKOT TEAM

I have a solar geyser which is leaking. The plumber came yesterday and assessed it. It is still under guarantee. Someone arrived this morning with a ladder which couldn't reach the roof of the double storey house. They eventually got onto the balcony and took photos but were concerned about the danger of installing on the roof! Since then I have tried to get hold of The sevice manager and he is not available and has not returned my calls. The water is pouring off the roof and compromising both the roof trusses and the ceiling but apparently it is not urgent.Sorry Kwikhot this is the last time I will buy one of your geysers. Obviously you can't provide a backup service

Absolutely useless company to deal with.Had my Kwikot Geyser installed by a professional plumbing company, it burst after 1 year, still under warranty, they come in after 4 days ....... and blame the plumber for poor installation.Had it checked out by another plumbing company, and they confirmed the plumbing was done in accordance.Kwikot was looking for every excuse not to honour the guarantee.Had to replace with a new geyser at my own costs.
