Hatyai Thai Massage - Greenpoint

Very basic treatment rooms but clean. Went on a voucher. My first Thai massage. The masseuse was Thai and was able to communicate with her in English. Next time I’ll do shoulders and back.

Not the best facility and ladies needs training on standards. They were speaking in the room while having our massages which was very disrespectful. Didn't introduce themselves when entering the treatment room. Everything just felt cold! The only person to give us a warm welcome was the receptionist.

I walked out there feeling like a brand new person! The receptionist was friendly and my masseuse (Marissa) was absolutely amazing. Definitely going back

Ask for Cat. She is a fantastic massage therapist! Some of the other staff need more training as my partner had a massage as well and it wasn't good at all

Bought a voucher via wikideals which was easy and no hassel but communicating prior to appointment was very bad. When I arrived for my (thai) massage they helped me straight away as they had an opening, however they used oils and ended up being an aromatherapy massage instead which was very disappointing. The masseuse was also fiddling with the aircon throughout the entire massage. Which left me feeling very annoyed and the fact that I had to wash most of the oiliness off in the bathroom upon leaving was just unpleasant.

The service was good I had a great day ☺️ feeling revived a lot.

This is a very beautiful place, I love the decoration and the design. The receptionist, Amanda, was very friendly.I had made an appointment two weeks in advance. On the morning of my appointment I called the place, using the number on their site, to confirm the time of my appointment. The lady answered who answered the phone couldn't understand what I was saying. She thought I wanted to make an appointment.I did however get a call back from the receptionist who then confirmed my appointment time. The masseuse was really sweet, we had a nice chat. The massage helped minimise some pain I had been feeling on my shoulder since June. I felt some back pain after the massage though. I also didn't get a full 1 hour massage.Overall, I would recommend this place.

Bridget is my new healer. She really knows the workings of the body well.The first time I walked in, I had a painful knee that didn't allow me to walk on it. I mentioned in the beginning. Although she is quite strong and the massage was definitely tough, she was very gentle with the knee. She worked on it until I could walk again. I was painfree after one more day.Second time I came in with a light fever and bellypain (probably food poisoning). By the time she finished the bellymassage, I felt more in balance and the fever seemed gone. She did mention it would take a few days for me to feel better and gave me some advice on what to eat and drink. It definitely helped again.Yes, the Thai massage is tough, but the health benefits you get afterwards are so worth it. (If massage is done correctly)
