Pronanny SA - Nanny Agency

Their nannies are definitely not trained at all! They have attitude and one even stole from me and when i tried to report her at the agency the lady was not even interested. would not recommend at all! oh and the lies!

Bafokeng is a great communicator to clients though he could do with a bit more interest towards the nannies too.I had a nanny for a period of 4 months and within the first month my 16 month old baby was eating chips and biscuits before 7am, when loadshedding would hit the nanny would not even bother using the gas stove to warm my baby’s food or use it to make her milk, instead she would wait for electricity to come back. The nanny gossiped about me and my partner to other members of the family. Furthermore, she also did not disclose to us her medical condition which was supposed to the job of the agent to inform us.I sent an email that about the dismissal of the nanny but have not received any feedback yet for the agent. I really wish they could give clients references and also train their nannies (money is good but ensure that nannies love their job).

I've had two helpers from this agency and it's very clear that there is no training or minimum standard of professionalism whatsoever. The helpers will say all the right things in the interviews but will be very picky about what they are willing to do once they secure the job.

The nannies are not trained and the one I chose has an attitude problem. You can't give her an instruction without her getting mad or rolling her eyes. One moment she's in a jolly mood, the next she's sour, even my guests have picked up on this behavior.

The agency in is just a front. They have terrible nanny's that have attitude and the owner hardly ever responds to any queries. The nannies lie even about their kids and families so the interview process is bogus, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. When they get to your house they walk around inappropriately dressed. ASK FOR VERIFIABLE REFERENCES AND PAPERWORK.

No show. Went there yesterday and interviewed a few nannies. Arranged for 3 I was happy with to come home the next day in order to see if they can cope with my kids. No one pitched up, no phone calls... Disappointing service. I messaged the staff and was told they don't send them home for interviews. This staff member or owner was so arrogant, no apology, she just kept defending her staff. Disgusting service. This business wont last long. Dont waste your time.

Worst service,incompetent staff that gossip with nannies/helpers about their employers without bothering to hear the employer's side of the story. 5 of them the helpers we hired stole from So disappointed.You guys need to be reported actually you so unprofessional and waste people’s time and money. As for your receptionist these gossiping human beings they are taking your business done Bafokeng.-You nanny are not trained.-They hardly know the job.-The young ones complaining about anything and everything. Also want our husbands.-Your old ones all if not most of them use MUTHI (black magic) in my house. Complains about everything.-Not trustworthy.-Gossiping.-Time wasters.-Doing bribes at the front desk.This is actually horrible ey. This the worst agency I’ve ever been. Customers complains never taken seriously by the owner. Disgusting actually.Will not recommend this nanny agency to anyone.I had to change 7 nannies from them within 4 months all of them were total rubbish!!!This agency must close down actually!!!!

Very unprofessional, dishonest nannies. I went there Wednesday. Did my interviews. Chose a nanny and came home with her to my house. She spent 1 night with us then asked money to back to the agency to fetch her clothes. When she got to the agency, she send me a message saying she's going back to Lesotho and I should get another helper. Just like that? Time wasted, petrol wasted. The helper gets no disciplinary whatsoever for wasting our time. The owner or whoever answered the phone when I called was also rude and unprofessional. When he answered I assumed he was Sotho so I greeted in Sesotho. He arrogantly told me to stop speaking 'Chinese' ... If he didn't understand me, why not explain nicely that he only speaks English?

I wish I read reviews before going to this agency. Their nannies have attitude, don't ask when they don't understand & make lot of mistakes on critical things. My baby even got a burn & the nanny said she doesn't know how he got it. They are not properly trained or even thought on child safety & infant feeding. The receptionist, Lerato takes their side. Worst they can't solve problems effectively. They just rush to tell u to get another nanny. I truly don't advice any one to get ladies from outside SA, they are inconsiderate. It's a nightmare posing as a professional service.
