This week was the fourth time I have used Master Clean and as always Hayden and his team offered me prompt, effective and friendly service.I tend to use service providers I am familiar and comfortable with and ones that strive to offer great service.It’s important to me that the provider cares about their clients and learns their client’s needs to gain my support, and Master Clean certainly ticks those boxes.

Unfortunately I was unable to rate 0 star a 1 star is still to good.I am still so worked up regarding the work supposedly done.Nothing and i mean nothing was cleanedWhen i requested to see the house before payment was made which would still be in the 24 hours time frame given i was constantly harnessed and threatenedThis company is useless

Absolutely love Hayden and his team! When they say deep clean they really mean it! So impressed with the thoroughness of the clean but also the kindness of Hayden and his team. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!

I have used this company recently when I moved from a flatlet to an apartment with my SO.Master Clean provided an incredibly reasonable rate and there were no problems. I found them to be extremely professional, friendly and they delivered on the job.I realised I needed to leave this review because a friend just asked me for the company's info because he's moving soon and I told him about how this company is excellent and affordable! I wouldn't recommend anyone else

Master Clean
I got Master Clean in on one of those rare occasions where I was too lazy and too tired to do a proper, deep clean and was definitely left satisfied with their service. They brought all their own cleaning equipment and it's biodegradable too! The job itself was done timeously but without cutting corners and I was very happy with the end result. Of all the companies I have used before, Master Clean was the very best!

WOW!!!! Such great service! They delivered way more than I expected! Carpets look NEW!For the past month I had been staring at three MASSIVE purple Gentian Violet stains on my carpet. I had already started looking at costs to replace the entire carpet. LUCKILY!!! Master Clean tackled all three of them and they 100% GONE!!!!Thank you for such great service and results, looking forward to booking them for our next move!!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND MASTER CLEAN!!!
