Absolute shocker! There is an problem with our alarm system which sends a distress signal to National Security & Fire. As a result, I receive 2 calls every day and a patrol car checking the site every second day (this has gone on for months.) I have called to request a technician to take a look at the problem (probably over 50 times already) but have never heard back from them! Huge inconvenience and terrible service. I can only imagine how much money this company is wasting on issues like this (which are very easy to solve...send in a technician....once!)

This is by far the worst service that I have ever come across in my entire life. I have a problem with my alarm and been complaining about it for over a month no called a number of people in the company, still nothing being done. Not to mention the response is slow and they always arrive at the wrong address which I have repeatedly asked them to change under my details and still nothing being done. Absolutely ridiculous! Please spare yourself and do not employ this company.

My alarm triggered at early hours of the morning, no call, so I pressed the panic button, finally get a call and tell them I'm scared and have heard movement outside, the guard comes over and I trip the alarm letting him in, he does a perimeter check and found the shed had been entered but no one is here. I told him I heard the assailant leaving and cars speeding off. Then get an sms to say I will be charged for any further false alarms.... really?! Disgraceful.

This is really one of the worst armed response companies, I have had my alarm installed a month ago but everything that was promised was never delivered. I called them 2 complain and they put the phone down in my ear. Seriously considering canceling their services cz they have provided me with no service at all thus far

National Security is probably the worst value for money and a really scaly business.When my alarm is tripped by mistake, they take a very long time to call and they NEVER just respond or come out even if I don't answer their call.According to their accounts department, I owed them in excess of R 3000 which is impossible because they debit my account which they have been doing for years.I now see that they have been debiting my account with additional amounts to recover this debt. I gave them no permission to do this and the lady in the accounts department says Well

I called a week ago and the operators said a technician would call back. I'm still waiting. They hang up the phone at the call centre. And their number is incorrect online.Their patrol vehicles come quickly but the adminstrative side is poor.

Well where do I start, about 3 months ago I asked a technician to come out to look at my alarm, needless to say, no phone call and still sitting with a non working alarm. On Tuesday pass I made another call and I had a booking with a technician today @13h00. After 2 phone calls to enquirer when the technician will come and a promise they will call me in back in 2 min. LOL still waiting. Then about 15 min I ph again and they put me through to the technical manager, who promised me that he will call me back in 1 min. Still I am waiting and no ph call. i had to make special arrangements for somebody to be at my place to open for them. Is it worth paying my monthly subscription with a non operating security company. Just wondering about the services.

The worst service I have ever received. From the Reps straight to their management. I have signed my business up with them and included my house. This should have made me eligible to receive 2 months free on the business as the house was a referral. The first payment of the business they deducted everything including the monthly payment that should have been skipped for 2 months and then had the nerve to phone me a week later stating that I owe them another R1000+ but the agent on the phone could not give me any answer as to where that amount comes from. I have phoned Strini Govender the manager by which I signed up but up untill today have not received ant feedback regarding my account. It is now the second month and yet another R745 had to be deducted which I stopped.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SKELMS.

My Alarm has been faulty since Thursday 5th November 2020. I had to get extremely angry with them before a technician was dispatched. He said it was dust in the touch pad. We have consequently disconnected the battery and switched off the power as the alarm is automatically arming itself and resetting itself. Still no technician has arrived after numerous calls. Highly disgusted as they are not cheap!

Our alarm malfunctioned. Called them. They want us to pay a callout fee. We’ve been paying on a monthly basis. Now when we plug the unit back it goes off. No phone call to check up. On top of that after the alarm started messing around the broke in to our garage
