Just so friendly staff..Makes you feel at home even when you come to buy things for your own home

Visited the store on 04/01/2023, and wasted my time. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly salesman who assisted me whilst I walked through the store. After I selected the items I wanted, the salesman tells me he needs to check stock. He comes back about 15 minutes later to tell me that I should take something more expensive because they had alot of returns on the items I've chosen(if they had returns then it should have been taken off the floor) anyway I told him it's fine because it meets my budget and I will still take those items. Then he goes to the manager and comes back to tell me that they don't have stock of 2 out if my 3 items. So then I had to wait for another 30 mins for the manager to call his warehouses and other stores to see if he could find stock. Eventually they failed, so I offered to buy the one on the floor to which they agreed but they still want me to pay the full price of a new item but take the store display. Which makes no sense. So after wasting almost 1.5 hours, I left the store.Went to Bawas on umgeni and purchased better quality for a cheaper price.

These ppl hv no customer service...I would never waste my time purchasing again..still waiting for the call back on wer my product is

Purchase made, assembly and installation is on a very low side, not levelled, not adjusted, faulty functionality all because of pour skills of their installation team.

I bought a cupboard from this store which I felt was value for money. Until I realised that cupboard was infested with wood borer. So I'm sitting with a huge problem in a newly renovated flat that was gutted and redone, only to have this problem now. The store could not have known but nnow I have an infested flat and. Have to move out to get it fogged out.

bought a 6 seater couch from the Marburg store after a few weeks noticed that the cushions stitches were opening so I called the store and asked for the manager after explaining my issue he said he will get back to me in an hour. after an an hour I called back spoke to some 1 else she said he will get back to me in 5min 2 hours later I called and asked for the manager again this time he said I must send him pictures which I did a few days later still haven't heard from him very disappointed

To say I was pleasantly surprised by their prices is probably an understatement, well on the one particular item that we went in to have a good, look see, it was a whopping R600 bucks cheaper. In this day & age of ever-increasing everything, that's a huge saving in anyone's book. For your next appliance, big or small, give them a shout, and who knows, you may just walk away with a bundle of savings.Oh, and their staff was very courteous and the best part was that they don't tail you as you shop around, and we all know how annoying that can get sometimes.
