They have made the home buying experience an absolute PAINFUL one. Not recommend for transfer at all

I have been waiting almost a year for this firm to sort out an ongoing tax problem related to a deceased estate. I have countless emails from Barend Venter and others promising a reply soon" and the matter just drags on without resolution. The info@ email address on the website bounces back and no one responds to messages left on the website. Appalling service."

My husband struggled for more than 5 years for a simple and straight forward late estate of his mother to be finalized... till today, not totally finalized as well. From the receptionist taking phone calls to non responsive extensions and then just leave the phone to ring, to e emails sent and empty promises that they will phone you back. Barend and Simon... I really don't know how you got yourself in that position, but you are not up to this type of work. Imagine it was a late estate with dependents...And then worst is, when ABSA referred us to this company, they indicated the costs will be more or less R16 000 to R20 000.. what a shock... the costs are currently at R62 000.... Please people, don't let ABSA refer you to this company. Even when we complained to ABSA they didn't care at all to intervene....Do your homework and get to know your attorney that you will appoint when you pass away, don't depend on your bank, you are just a number and your loved ones will suffer.

Extremely poor service. Trying to conclude stepfather estate for 8 years. Provided funds upfront and still nothing happening. New employee every time they deign to contact one, thereafter nothing but excuses

This is the worst company i had to deal with, they do not respond to email, they take forrever to give feedback until you force it out of them, and they always shifting blame, oh its the bank

I am really not happy with the service and experience I have had so far with this firm. People never phone you back you wait weeks sometimes months to get feedback or assistance. Money just disappear without any explanation and when you do get an explanation it is the banks or another department. This is unacceptable. It is like nobody knows what is going on. Nobody takes charge to sort problems out. How is this Righteous. You have been appointed to do a job and all you do is take peoples money. I will never in my life advice anyone to make use of this firm.

We waited for over 2 years for this firm to work and complete the estate of the deceased, worst experience ever!!!!! Guys do not make your wills with the banks because they give people work who drags their feet in doing their job!!! Yoh.
