Be very careful!!!!!!!!!!!!Historically had excellent, professional service from Jason at Vacutech in Strend.Handed in my Vorwerk vacuum cleaner for repairs in December 2021 and 4 months later the vacuum cleaner has disappeared. The owner expects me to accept an ancient model in return and be happy.with this arrangement! What a cheek!
