Bushveld Magic Guesthouse

Thank you Renate for everything. We enjoyed our stay. The accommodarion is 5 star. The bush around the accommodation so peasefull. We had zebras and warthogs visiting us on regular bases. Even a jackal one morning was sited next to the guesthouse. Definetly a place to visit.

We stayed in this beautiful modern house. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with every item needed to prepare meals, drinks and comfortably enjoy them. There is a big smart TV. There's 2 modern bathrooms each with bath and shower. There's a double carport for our vehicles.The patio has a gas braai, a fridge and the outdoor charcoal/wood braai and firepit. Seating place galore at the pool and on patio. The bonus is the patio and yard overlook the big 5 fence and the bush. We were visited by the warthog family, zebra family and some impala and lots of birds at the house.We walked on the property and saw Jackal treks too. Our host is very knowledgeable and told us about the animals and surrounds with passion and understanding.We went on a game drive and enjoyed seeing 4 out of the big 5 animals-wow!Thankyou for a great stay! I loved hearing the lions roar and jackals from our patio and fires during the evenings-so awesome!!

Beautiful, brand new house. We spent 4 days here, fully catered by the owner, and had a terrific time. Renate took excellent care of us, even accommodating my vegan diet in her meal planning. She arranged game drives in the northern part of Dinokeng, where we saw 4 of the Big Five, and took us around the maze-like southern part of the park herself. As a FGASA-qualified field guide she was so knowledgeable about animals, birds, trees, plants, etc and happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommended

The facility is 5 stars, very quiet, neat, everything is there for a self catering facility, overall experience 5 stars and provides the real feeling that you are in the bush, however, when indoors, you can connect via WiFi to the world and still feel like you are at home. The service we received on a game drive was 5 stars. Our game driver, Johannes, is highly knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and very lovable. We got to see 3 of the big 5, that was enough for us. This is worth visiting over and over again.

What a beautiful place in stunning, peaceful surroundings! I highly recommend Bushveld Magic. Lovely spacious and modern home with all the amenities, including air conditioning and WiFi. Each room has its own huge bathroom with bath and shower. The patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the African sunsets. With a dip in the pool to cool off. We were visited by zebra, warthogs and jackal. Renate was extremely helpful and also arranged game drives for us. Johannes, the field guide really knows his stuff and managed to show us 4 of the big 5 and much more. Will definitely be back soon!

Wow, wow, wow! This place is an absolute must! Spotless and beautiful, home away from home. This 2 bedroom ensuite bathroom is so beautifully furnished with everything and more! So much attention to detail. Renate went out of her way to accommodate us and to make our stay perfect. The surroundings of the house gives you a real bushveld feel, very peaceful. Will most definitely recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal place,We got to share the magic for the long weekend.The setting and atmosphere was nothing short of magical!We loved every second.The house is very well set up with everything you’ll need for the stay.Absolutely worth the visit!

Beautiful guesthouse with a nice large patio and braai area. Very neat and clean. Each room has it's own bathroom with bath and shower which is lovely. Game drives are easily accessible. Very tranquil and quiet. Nice place to take kids as well. There's a playground, mini golf etc for the kids to keep them busy. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Thank you Bushveld Magic, we loved our stay. The place is spotless clean, beautiful inside, beautiful salt water swimming pool, peaceful, we even had zebras visiting us. The house is also very good and peaceful to work from for those who can work from home. Renata has been very helpful and we really appreciate everything. Perfect escape from city live and within Gauteng borders.

I don't even know where to start. The place is amazing, peaceful and magical. Close to the bushveld with comfort at your door. Renate went out off her way to help arrange as much as she could from game drives to entertainment. We will definitely see Bushveld magic again and very soon.
