Cashers too inexperienced and changed too frequently. Staff not always friendly and helpfull, especially month ends. Grants should not be paid out, as it is unsave for pensioners.More staff required at pay box and a more organized way to be for client's. Meat freezer should be cleaned daily as it is not smelling nice at the meat counters.

If off meat with a sour smell is what you into then by all means go buy there. Well done on spoiling my pre Christmas braai. Hungry to bed it is I guess.

The supermarket is very convenient with accommodative operating hours. Unfortunately, at some times, you find the store with an unpleasant smell. Perhaps this may be the effect of loadshedding on refrigeration.

Most of the trolleys are broken, Prices on shelves does not correspond with the prices at the till. It felt rundown. I used to love the Checkers at Oudtshoorn, but it has gone downhill in the last year. It is not up to standard compared to the others Checkers I visit. It needs some intervention to bring back the to high standard that you can expect from the supermarket chain.

The people in checkers were very friendly and helpful I can always ask somebody in the shop to help me find something if I can't find it on my own I will always recommend checkers and I will surely go visit them again
