E-Med Pharmacy is quite a great place to shop for most of your medications and also for your doctor's subscriptions.The service in the place is awesome and quick the staff there is always willing to help and support if you are not sure of what you want.I believe there is also a great potential for growth and development in service rendered.I wish the owner and the investors can read this comment and statement.

I bought an adapter on my way from work at Beauty zone Megacity, just because i was in the area. At home i tried using it and it rejected the plug and i kept all the receipts and original packaging.A week later I was in the area again and went to the shop, and I told the Indial lady who I suspect to be a shop manager; that I purchased a faulty item a week ago and she said i should return it for her to check it.A day later I returned it with receipts and she tested it and realised it was faulty from the factory. When she was supposed to refund me she started saying my receipt is old I cannot return it after 7 days, which was ridiculous and was not mentioned or cleared when I first spoke to her and even I brought it. She did not refund me and i found it fit to leave the item with her as it is of no use to me.I would therefore not recommend this particular Beauty Zone branch to people who want value for their money, their service is a disgrace.
