walked in and was visibly impressed with very attractive layout. approached a staff, Tyriq (i think), and he immediately left what he was doing and saw us through to the end. very knowledgeable and displayed a pleasantly surprising level of experience. he spoke to my MASTER carpenter and the conversation was very professional. will definitely go back.

Very pleasant experience on my first visit there. Knowledgeable staff who actually advise you on cheaper options and bang-for-buck products. I'm in Verulam so you can count on my continued support. Oh, and specials galore and reasonably priced normal stock.

Great store . Love is going here as there is always some new gadget or organizer for me to purchase. It is sometime hard to find sales staff to help, but I find them eventually.
