The most pathetic service I ever received in South Africa. Salesman Ryan asked for documentation.Promised the world about service but could not have the delivered the worst service. Will never recommend anyone serious about going there. I guess I was mislead to believe an upmarket Suburb like Hydepark would employ that calibre of people

Applied for finance over a week ago, their finance department is completely useless. No communication throughout the process, no assistance for options in getting the finance eg business account. No feedback unless the customer calls, and her attitude sinks. Rejected the deal and would rather use another dealership.

I live in Knysna (Western Cape) and couldn’t Find a corolla cross anywhere this side. I phoned Toyota Hyde Park and they had one. I spoke to Vincent which helped us with all the necessary things. He even fetched my parents at the airport so they can bring our car back to us. The service we got was outstanding and when we buy again, I will travel 1200km just to get service like that again.

Painful experience.My Fortuner's seat went in for repairs.The seat was incorrectly repaired the first time.The second try took 4 days, I was told daily that the part would arrive in the afternoon.What concerned me:- The part was not pre-ordered when I booked in the car.- Unclear communication in delivery of the part.- A casualness in dealing with this.I was given a courtesy car on day two for which I was thankful and kept me from escalating the issue.
