Firstly. They have a ”no refund” policy which was a red flag already.I’ve tried key cutting at this place, they cut a key wrong twice and it was done poorly so when I tried the keys, it was no surprise they didn't work.Recently went to go get shoes repaired by getting the elastic replaced entirely on both shoes though it was just one shoe that had snapped. I wanted the elastic replaced on both so they would end up being the same. They said they needed a week. When I collected, they had just sown the one shoe, did no replacing of any elastic and wanted to charge me R120 for it.Not being satisfied, I reiterated that I wanted the elastic replaced on both shoes, they asked for another week.Collected shoes but the elastic they used was so small in length that it took additional strain which made it snap after wearing the shoes twice.Multiserv Dobsonville branch has no value for money whatsoever.

On the 19th of January 2020 i brought in my bag to have my handles replaced, I was charged R100 to have them replaced. Bag was collected to my surprise handles were not replaced they were covered by a black material. The work done is untidy. I am not happy with you guys

The guy Diser from the dobsonville mall branch gave me a very bad service I'm not taking any of my items there because of him his such an irresponsible guy
