After quite a long wait, Air Fibre was finally installed at our premises. I had some frustration with the way in which the delay of installation was communicated, hence the 4 stars. However, the issue was resolved professionally and service has been outstanding since. I couldn't be happier with the results. We are getting fast, reliable speeds at a competitive price. Keep up the good work!

I want to single out Jacques Basson who truly did above and beyond to get me fibre.It was a lengthy process as there were lots of technical and logistical challenges to overcome. However, if Jacques' superb service is any indication of what Vinet stands for, then I would recommend Vinet above any other competitors in Wellington.

Hello, Vinet are a professional company and have some amazing employees. The response to our internet issue was prompt and professional by Stephan, he was so helpful . They even managed to come out to the house within a couple hours to resolve our issues .Jermaine and Peter were so friendly and professional and a pleasure to have work in our home. They made sure everything was replaced and working 100% before leaving.I highly recommend this internet company to everyone that has it available in their areas.We have never had such an efficient, customer service orientated ,and friendly and efficient provider before .

My English doesn't allow me to write such lovely reviews already on the system, so I just keep it short.I had their system installed recently and the quality of the Service [Capital S] provided by everyone involved was simply outstanding.They are totally Client focused, and their attention to detail is second to none. If more Service Providers [of whatever nature] performed like this, the world would be much better place.Think I am exaggerating?All I can say is, 'try them for yourself!', you will be so very, very happy you did.

Really friendly, helpful staff - from the guy at the call centre who first received my call, to Johan who called back to make the arrangements. We received great, on-time service from Theuns and Smiley who fixed the issues we experienced at our house, without any hesitation.
