The worst service I have ever experienced.I took my portable generator in for a minor repair.1. Paid a R549 deposit. Gave me a receipt and job card with no number or ref.2. When I called a week later they said they are so pleased I called because they had no idea who the owner was of the generator.3. After one month a finally got a quotation.And they did not take off the deposit I paid.So I visited to show them my receipt.3. We are now at 2 months. And after 2 emailsThey called me this morning to say i can collect next week. Let's see. I could be in for a suprise.This is beyond bad service...I actually cannot describe with out swearing or being rude.So definitely no recommendations for them.Zero stars in my books!My report back. November 2019.Used the generator this weekend and same problem. Does not idle but seems to hunt.Also a pipe came loose again. So now I need to find a real repair shop to get advice. So sad.
