The Gym in Knysna has proven to be a great experience. The area is decently spacious and offers a variety of equipment and facilities such as an indoor swimming pool. There are personal and group courses on offer and staff are friendly and always willing to help inside and outside the gym.

Love training at The Gym. It is spacious. Spinning classes are very effective and being able to end my training session with a swim in the heated pool is the best! Thanks to the trainers for top class advice and assistance.

Absolutely cool gym!The gym is very clean and the equipment is in good condition. I worked out here during my holiday and really enjoyed every workout.I really liked the modern ambience with exposed brick on the walls.

Can't see how you can justify charging someone R55 to use a pool where the fibreglass is literally peeling off from the bottom, there is gunk all around the side of the pool above the water level, and there is an electric cable hanging from what used to be a pool light. Appalled to say the least! I have my own swimming school and this is just not acceptable!
