Waste of time & lack of professionalism.The back-and-forth exchanges were tedious. Instead of asking pertinent technical questions, the recruiter delved into invasive personal inquiries. It was evident that the recruiter lacked a basic understanding of the skills required for the position, hindering any hope of a productive discussion.
