I am so pleased that we ended up here. My husband and I found the host very welcoming. We are driving a small Hyundai i10 and yes it's a bit bumpy but that's to be expected when out here. The scenery and tranquility are so amazing. Seriously recommend this quaint little peace of heaven..... The breakfast was absolutely amazing, satisfied beyond belief.......

Superb! Eugene prepared a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend that you drop in if it is on your way. Do stay overnight. The accommodation is so cosy and it's a beautiful spot. You won't regret it. Full marks!

A hidden treasure. Great surrounds and private. The cottages are a fair distance apart and each has its own patio and braai area. Lots to do and see. Confidently position to get to Graskop, Pilgrims Rest.Had a very comfortable stay .

We had a very relaxing time in this tranquil farm setting. The cottage is well equipped with a beautiful view on the mountain. Well situated for daily excursions to Pilgrims Rest and Blyderiver Canyon. Don't leave without having a special breakfast prepared by the host. Thank you Eugene, we had a great time.

Hosts were really amazing! Eugene was in contact with us throughout our trip and accommodated us with a late check in. Accommodation was basic, and somewhat dated. However the roads on the property are really really awful, and are badly in need of repair! The undercarriage of our car took a bad knock from the terrible condition of the road leading to our cottage. So unless you have an SUV, it's not a place to consider.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful area and driving routes.The Bru inn is clean and very scenic. Great place to stay as a hub for multiple waterfalls, hikes and pilgrim's rest which is a great historic gold mining town with lots to offer. Also about an hour and a half from the nearest Kruger gate. Would definitely recommend. 100s BRU!

THE INN ON ROBBERS PASS
We stopped off on our way along the panoramic route and stayed in the Livery. Our host kindly provided a braai for us and some plates (thanks) when we arrived. It’s a very restful place with some interesting bird life. The Livery accommodation is simple but very clean, tastefully decorated and airy.

Location is stunning and rooms are very cozy and well laid out, beds are however coil spring left overs from the 90s.The owner is quite rude and obnoxious however and this rather spoiled it for me
