I have had the privilege of using Mobile Comp Tech's services for more than 8 years now. This includes having used their services in several businesses across South Africa, and during the pas 4 years also in the Middle East.Werner, Hannes and the rest of their Colleagues represent the most reliable IT support company I have ever come across and I take pleasure in writing this review.The range of services and products that they have provided thus far include network design, installation and maintenance, solving general IT issues, providing IT hardware and peripherals, Disaster Recovery, Security upkeep, Server Maintenance, solving telephone system issues and procuring software. They also undertook the supply and installation of CCTV at multiple properties in Struisbaai, Western Cape, South Africa on our behalf.MCT is the only company that I feel comfortable referring to other businesses and friends given their complete trustworthiness.

Always willing to help, affordable prices and great people skills. Excellent choice for small to medium sized businesses. Sometimes they can get a little busy and can maybe take an extra day to help you, except when it’s a company emergency like database crash or server failure, then they help you immediately. But this again just proves that they are a preferred IT establishments and that a great number of people/companies use them for there expertise.

Very fast service, needed to print a id copy were in and out within seconds. Great company will recommend.

Very poor service and no comunication recieved!13.7.2022 Phoned for quote on a solid state drive and software upgrade for my work laptop.14.7.2022 Booked in my work laptop and was informed it would be ready the following day.15.7.2022 Went to pick up my work laptop and was informed that they did not have the correct parts and it will be ready for collection the following day.18.7.2022 Phoned again to find out if my work laptop is ready for collection and was again informed it would be ready the next day.19.7.2022 Received laptop.I have lost 3 days income due to their poor service which is unacceptable.Update on complaint and warranty repair:8.8.2022 - 1st thing in the morning my work laptop stopped working (displayed no bootable device found). I then took it back to Mobile comp tech.9.8.2022 - They phoned me in the morning informing me that the new solid state drive had failed and that all my work of the last 2 weeks were lost.10.8.2022 - I phoned them at 8am to ask when my work laptop would be ready and was assured it would be ready once they get the user log in details.They phoned me just after 10am and said the laptop is ready for collection, whereafter i went to collect my laptop.As it stands i have lost all my work for the last 2 weeks and undergone huge inconvenience.They did replace the new failed solid state drive free of charge but I'm still without all my lost work of the last 2 weeks.

Can not compliment these guys enough, I'm a complete Putts when it comes to technology... but what an experience with such experienced and friendly staff. Absolute pleasure doing business with them... will definitely see me again.
