FedEx Botswana is by far my worst customer services experience! You make FedEx (in general) look bad; and yet you are the only ones struggling to serve your clients adequately.I am extremely disappointed in your services and propose that you pull up your socks. I would highly discourage anyone from sending items to Botswana through FedEx.In conclusion, if I could give you zero stars, I would.

If I could give less than one star I would, just like everyone else calls are literally never answered and they have 3 different lines at that, emails aren't responded to as well. Absolutely horrible service

Shocking service!! No one answers the 3 numbers! Unless you have hours pressing redial to waste you will not get through on the phone! You pay a fortune to courier from the states! It takes days to get to Gaborone and then sits in Gaborone a week more!!! Not worth the money or the anxiety

Worst service ever! If they tell you your package has been selected by burs jus know somebody is sleeping on the Job they haven't processed your package. I have lost a cumulative of more that 48 hours waiting in their long and cameleon ques. If you call and get answered i promise you your angels are hard working!I will however continue to use them because that other one is worse.

Staff lacking in enthusiasm and didn't appreciate that UK Visa and Immigration documents are sent with a unique identifier we always use that reference and don't have problems" may indicate lack of training

The worst service that I have ever experienced. The calls never get answered, email never acknowledged. Just wondering why their employees are waking up in the morning and coming to their office.

The worst courier in the country, they never answer calls or emails. Thet never contact you about your parcel. I made a huge mistake by using them. They deserve a negative rating not even a star justifies the terrible service from this company.
