Eurocrete

I spent a lot of money doing 160 square meters of inprint paving. Asked for 75mm thick as i didnt want to deal with cracking etc. they had to remove pavers and dig extra 25mm down which they didnt, lucky when they were doing the front section i made them dig down but when it came to filling up with cement they never filled it to the correct heigh, you explain what you want but there is no supervision so the guys do their own thing. They made the paving area to small compared to the previous paving which i had fake grass which fitted neatly in before now doesnt, they said they would cover the cost to fix it but when i sent the invoice for it they did not want to pay so i have to pay for their stuff ups. my side gate doesnt close properly now they said they would sort it out but havent, they said they did 2 seals but only did 1 as i have it all on camera, they said they would sort out the cracks but havent. they said they would drop of the colouring powder so i can fix their cracks that they sid they would do but havent even done that. it is discolouring already after 1 month. they didnt slant the cement up against the vibecrete wall like the original pavers were so they just put some raw cement under neath the gap to cover the neighbours sand but that is cracking and falling out. they want you to pay but they dont fix there problems, my advise is dont pay them untill you are completely satisfied with their work. i will never recomend them. its one thing if i asked for discount then maybe i would expect discount work but i paid full price now i must go buy sealent and colouring and cement to fix their mess. Their biggest problem is no supervision and dont do what a client asks for.
