Had a great experience dealing with Absolute Chilled. They had the best aircon prices, installation was done quickly, neatly and seamlessly and their after sale service has been great. Highly recommended.

Dealt with a lady by the name of Desiree who is absolutely shocking at customer service. Made a booking for a service to be done on my air-conditioner for after 12pm and by 2.30pm no one has showed up. I point out that a 2.5 hour difference is not acceptable without giving me a courtesy call to let me know when I can expect the technician. She then rudely wants to end the call when I point out the issue and punitiviely states that 2.30pm is after 12pm as they indicated. She then proceeds to want to end the call when she clearly does not want to have the thought customer service conversation and address my concerns. Really pathetic service. Whatever happened to listening to customers and actually addressing their concerns?

I purchased an Alliance mirror finish inverter 12000btu aircon from Absolute Chilled Airconditioning. They also did the install. I am very happy. The product is Fab and the service and install was even better. Thanks again.

I got them to service my aircons. Told the technician that my aircon in main bedroom is leaking water. He hardly looked at it in my opinion as they were in and out there very quickly. When we used the aircon that evening it was even worse - water was streaming down the walls. Another company who was booked to install a new aircon in another room the next day kindly fixed the problem for me. They demonstrated the standard tests these guys were supposed to do and never did. The drain was out and perished, easy to test for and not a huge job to fix which these guys should have done from the start. Yes they were prepared to come back - but why did they not fix and test it properly from the from the start and not cause further inconvenience to me as the customer?

I was happy with the service staff but had a problem with one of the units which wasn't working and needed it working for visitors which they never followed up on and made no effort to help me after I called and was just told they were fully booked. Surely if one of the units aren't working you try and sort it out before you go on to other jobs.
