Place gets really packed during peak and lunch time both inside and drive thru, I have had to wait over 35minutes in the store to be serves and get my order. Food was excellent the KFC way. always.!

Marvelous service from the teller though back workers were very rude, it was 21:15 when we arrived the didn't want teller to continue serving us as they wanted to close the shop at 22hours

Last night I was KFC Alex mall to buy family meal I didn't get it because lady says the was no some mash,short bread I endure buying 6 piece of meat on top of that other lady told me that they don't give costumes spices if you didn't buy any chips I force her an she was fighting me to give that am not happy with the service of Alex mall

One of the best on my list... The staff are friendly. Good place to relax. If u like meeting people, enjoy people company then it's a good place to go, if u are stressed,going the the release the stress.. And it's food in the next level.. Well outdone it.. Love itGo and check it out, u will find it yourself that I'm not lying or overreacting
