This place is cheap true you get a room for 3 with R700 but the room is like a prison I'm all for saving money but it was not with it I advise otherwise

Go there at you own risk the place smell bad, the parking is not safe you will feel unwelcome, the toilets are not properly working.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained.Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly.Location is a slight problem because the bus terminal is next door and the surrounding area is quite busy.The establishment itself is well maintained and offers regular priced rooms.

The place smells of pee all over and the room is worse. We even had to find somewhere to sleep because we couldn't handle the smell.

It was okay, I liked the fact that I was changed from a smoked room into a none smoking room. Thanks to Snethemba, for all the efforts. The only problem I had was the noise from fellow visitors and radio from taxi at the parking lot. This can be managed. The ramp by the stair case need to be rubberised to avoid injuries during rain, I almost fell. The wet floor notice doesn't cut it.

What a nice place to stay in,rooms are always clean staff is friendly,my kids and i enjoyed our stay sun1 didnt dissapoint with wifi always on it made my stay even extra comfortable i would recommend it to anyone price range is reasonable and you wont regret plus its close to the beach,bus station i was sooo surprised as to how it made things simple i could get around with my kids everyday durban is a great place to visit with kids and sun1 is the place to rest,safe and clean nothing a more a mother can ask for.
