Never had more unprofessional salespeople in my life. Rude, Arrogant , Sarcastic and really unhelpful.Just phone and as too much questions, you will see how quickly they run out of patience.They had bigger customers so they dont really worry about the smaller customer. They actually said something to this effect to me.Shocker!

bought goods on tuesday...delivery scheduled for friday - it is now monday and no response from safintra - told they will let me know during the day if they can deliver - no communication and we sitting dry on site...i was contacted by the branch manager michael and he was sympathetic to my rant , he promised improved service delivery in future. happy with the outcome , regards

For once the new owners of safintra Cape town branch could help out today . Previous owners went out their way to help the same day or make some plans .../ (New owners) -》They need to up their closing times on fridays, maybe to 3pm which would help alot of companies to further get some last minute things done. Also it would benefit them for more business at the end of the day to rollover to Monday production. Alot of ppl go to their opposition youngman roofing due to this . They Acceptable . But need some improvement.

All 7, my roof sheets had some cement scratches on the top side. Got out of the R650 for 11km delivery of those 7 2.2m sheets, tied them to my car. Nobody at the gate, gate person turned up after a while, just needed to wait. Had to email and call back to keep it going, no feedback about arrival of sheets after 8 working days. These guys are VERY relaxed, this is Cape Town.

No good at all, can not take their word on delivery promises, almost two weeks and no delivery yet. Not happy with them at all.
