The hair is to die for!!! Absolutely love their 30 waterwave. I usually order online as it's more convenient but recently went to their store to get an install and omg it's soooo beautiful!! It's definetly worth checking out."

Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Placed an order on the 19th of March, one month later and I still haven't received it. They lied multiple times about the status of my order, and when I tried to get a refund, they just ignored me and at some point wouldn't even answer my calls. If you're not a celebrity/instagram influencer, you are not an important customer for this company.

What they advertise on their website is not what you get I bought wigs and what they delivered was not what I expected,I returned them when I asked for refund they said they will speak to their manager they have been sending me back and forth about my refund.Until today I have still fighting for my money I don’t get a satisfactory answer since on Monday they been saying you will get your money but nothing.if you want to buy hair from them maybe if you go to the it store you will find what you looking for because on the website wooow it’s a different story

The packaging was not satisfactory. The hair was in a plastic ziplock which in turn made the hair smell like it had been worn before. I tried it on, the cap didn't fit. And I spent a lot of money on this and I still had to fix it. Anyway lesson learnt.
