Terrible service from the Manager Thuli. She was shouting and telling me its not her staff fault for not accept the order from mr d. I own a restaurant and immediate response is acceptance from restaurant. She said said only accepentance is when the driver comes but thats when the tracker is placed. Now my pizza is cold and she is avoiding my calls. I wish the owner knows about this. Even the reception person was asking why i asked. I will never order here again. Poor management. Shame the pizza was good a year ago but quality stoped after 6 months.

Very dissapointed in Debonairs Springsgate. We thought we should order for them to deliver for the first time ever and after this experience we will never order with you guys again! We ordered our food at 17:50. 45 minutes later we called to find out how far it was and the lady advised that the driver is on his way. 25 minutes went by and we phoned again and then only the driver left. We received our food at 19:30. Almost 2 hours later! The one lady who answered the phone was also rude and told us that the driver's were deciding if they are going to deliver? Our food arrived cold as well! Super dissatisfied and would not reccomend them at all.

The debonairs standard at this branch is below acceptable standards, rather they just sell us dough with no toppings because twice I had to drive back for my pizza to be redone and topped up with an apology... Norm

Horrible Service!!!!..Ordered online been waiting over an hour and still nothing.. have screeming kids hungry waiting for the pizza and nothing.. and its almost closing time!!.. phoned 6 times and everytime its a different story...How must one support a restaurant if it goes like this.. disappointed

You're just wasting our money, what do you call this? A whole tripple decker with 2 shredded meat per slice, no sauce just left overs of mushrooms with tomatoes...NINESIBINDI!!!!

Sanitizing was not strictly enforced between customers, it was a do it your self unmonitored. Queue was long with very little staff assisting and no one kept an eye on the number of people in the store.

Worst service ever made an order an hour later was told that the driver can't make it to my area I must meet him halfway but I was charged for delivery the driver cut the call I called back asked for the Manager he told me the manager apparently her name is Thobile she can't come to the phone I regret ever making an order with this store first time and the service was very bad don't know how you operate with customers this is embarrassing to the owner that even their team leaders can't even help the customers

Please avoid avoid going or ordering from Debonairs. They have incompetent people working for this shop.My wife place an order around 6:10pm today, they told her, we will receive our order in 45 minutes.My wife call the store again around 7:10pm. The cashier confirmed we will receive our order in 10 minutes.I then call the store at 7:35pm. The manager of the store said my order is still at the store. She was not helpful in anyway.So I just canceled the order due to the unprofessional business ethics.The owner need to fire all the stuff or he is going to lose lots of business and money.

The quality of the food was of very low standard, had a old taste to it. The pizza dough was very tough and had a chewy texture. I will definitely not waist my money there again. I think the health inspector need to give them a visit.Uterly poor service, had to wait a full hour to get my pizza.

So mad a whole meaty pizza only to find the ham only no beef and chicken.i wasted my money not happy at all.
