The staff at Pep home SOUTHDALE is absolutely DISGUSTING , i took a package to go return using paxi and the staff were not helpful at all and extremely rude , they were talking amongst themselves not explaining to me anything regarding my package , when i tried to ask the lady what is going on , she jumped down my throat rudely saying she can not help me , they were EXTREMELY RUDE , very disappointing.
