I contacted them for a quote for installation of a new aircon at our home. The lady at reception was very quick (and friendly) to phone me to confirm details for the consultant who will be in contact to arrange an appointment. Alas, the consultant still has not been in contact 3 weeks later. In the interim, we have had quotes done as well as installation from another company.

AIRVENT is 100% the best company to use when your AC is acting up. I manage a few luxury homes in Camps Bay, and no matter the time or day they will try their best to come and resolve, repair and sort any AC issues out. The service is speedy and if they can fix it on site - they will, the team is amazing and Talana is an absolute star. In 2022 we bought a new air conditioner from them. Later the year I went onto the roof to find that they have left the old unit on the roof. After raising this with them on numerous occasions I had no response from them. Secondly the second unit was never fixed properly

Pethatic.. offered a 10 year guarantee...product lasted 5 years n now they don't want to honor their guarantee.. Supposedly no longer in the business of installing heat pumps n geysers.. you would have thought that u are dealing with a reputable company only to be proved otherwise... companies like this should be exposed and held accountable

After excellent service received with the maintenance of our existing aircons, we purchased a new aircon a couple of months later.
