Master Outdoor Blinds. Give except advice and excellent service. There quote are reasonable and workmanship of high quality. The installation team work well together and are very trustworthy. There work is truly of a high standard.

I believe that the company does a good job, however the sales agent that came to see us did not listen to our requirements at all. When the canvasses were installed, they did not include blinds to the windows- something that we were very specific about since our main goal was privacy. When asked to install the blinds, we were sent an additional quote, making the total much higher than we intended to spend. When we told the agent that it was his mistake he denied it- in fact he blamed us. Also saying that they will not give us a refund since the canvasses were custom made for us- this we do understand, but we now have a product that does not meet our requirements at all- so we wasted all that money on something that we will never use. Still awaiting their response to our Email inquiries.

I am very happy with the service I received from Master outdoor blinds. They came all the way from Gauteng to Standerton, Mpumalanga to do a quote for me. The quote was very competitive! Job well done!

Terrible service. M. does not call to say he's delayed or sick. Awning fell off the wall and M tried to say it was my fault. Bolts put in with plastic plugs.
