Food was fried in rancid oil. The oil had a smell and everything in the meal tasted of the stale oil. Called the restaurant and got the call centre. Was asked to contact uber eats to lodge complaint. Not very helpful if the restaurant can’t even pick up my order number. The entire meal was inedible so I have to throw it out. I can’t expect someone else to eat it. So disappointed.

Service is incredibly slow. Staff seem confused about orders, as monitor with orders either do not display correctly or staff can't read it properly. My order was placed at 5pm and only got it at 5.54pm.The food turned out to be great after I warmed it up.

Terrible service. Staff wear their face masks covering their chin and not their nose and mouth. They talk over the food which is not healthy at all. I ordered a platter and we were given 1 plate to share. The staff also stare at you will you eat. Terrible experience at this branch. I would not even give them 1 star but it's required just to post

The worst fish and chips ever. Waited for almost an hour for a lousy fish and chips. Pathetic service!!!The reeking rancid and filthy smell of cooking oil from the fried fish. I wishI had read the reviews before purchasing, had the same experience like many other customers. Lesson learned.

I was not given a receipt because it was handed to the kitchen, at home I realised that the portion of calamari was not in my bag. This turned out to be a plus because the calamari which was provided seems to have been made by Firestone!

Horrible service. I would like to complain about your delivery service:1) I ordered 2 pop prawns and 2 hake and chips. When my order arrived the driver forgot my pop prawns. So I phoned and told them and they said that the driver would come past and drop it off. I waited 40 minutes and nothing arrived so I tried to call again (3 times) and no one answered. I then called off my home phone (a different number) and my call was answered straight away. I asked about my pop prawns and was advised that he would only send my order later when the driver had finished delivering all of the other (new) orders. Only then would he come drop it off. I was shocked by the response I received (after they made the mistake) so I just asked for a refund.2) I ordered again on a different occasion and waited around 40 - 50 minutes for my order, so I called them and asked what was happening. The lady told me that the driver needed to have enough orders before he could bring my order. When I eventually received my food it was cold and the prawns were soggy. If it is such a problem to do deliveries why don't you just charge people so that at least they can get there food before it goes cold.PS: These complaints are not the only complaints - just the most recent. I've given you plenty of chances to rectify your shortcomings. From now on I'll simply go somewhere else.

The worst meal I've had there.the fish was soggy the chips werent done enuf the onion rings had no batter? Its was disgusting.i even had jippo gutz 10 mins later.. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN
