Quite a nice experience, although the baby monitor we bought from them, the one receiver has never worked and they gave us major hassles trying to take it back.

Utterly disappointed, got to store at 14:30, the shop front has a sign to say that it’s open till 4pm, only to be turned away by security saying that they close a 14:00. Mind you this was also covid operating times (I have photographic evidence). One would think that they would stay open to make up lost revenue, clearly not the case

They aren't properly stocked up .Don't bother ordering anything from this branch, they will call you to inform that it's there and when you you get there they already sold it to someone else although you are within your time frame. Management is a joke , the guy who is the manager really needs to go for training. He has no management skills whatsoever. BABY CITY needs to employ proper skilled staff.

Went with my sister to purchase for the upcoming bundle of joy. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed. The staff wow very impressed by their services and friendliness. They assist you with evergthing, make recommendations, answer all your questions they literally made shopping easier.We bought everything from car seat, court bed, bottles, nappies like everything we needed was available. They have a good variety of baby items, one is easily tempted to purchase evergthing they have.I will definitely be purchasing here one day when im expecting and i recommend this baby city to everyone.

Range is wide and they have some quality stuff. Some items are quite pricey and do look at the price tag. They aren't too busy. They provide a gift registry/bin service. A must if you getting a baby. Worth an hour visit to see what you want because you will be using it. The staff do well and they will help you to your car for heavy items. had the cribs I was looking for at a good price. Although I had looked online and major distributors with no luck. They also helped me when I called so I didn't need to come by if they didn't have stock. Well done to the manager who was very helpful. They accept american express.
