Excellent service

I would never support the Sandown Retail Center store and suggest everyone stays away.I was given forced advise on my dogs food, which I bought because the guy made me feel bad for wanting to buy the food that I very well know is best.Then a week or so goes by and I am sitting with a hefty vet bill and a dog vir skin allergies and terrible scabs due to the dry food. Which would have never happened if the guy just allowed me to go on my merry way with the food I wanted!Then going back to the store today, explaining what happened and politely asking, all I want to do is return the closed, unopen bag and buy the bag of food I wanted, which is more and I would be more than happy to pay in the difference!What an issue! The Lady and Guy (which is different to the guy that gave the unwanted forced suggestion) it took nearly 45min and then I just left because of the absolute lack of customer retention and care!I advised that if I can just return the food, pay in the difference, go home and send the proof of payment as it was bought on a card, I dont have the slip anymore but is on a statement! Nope, was not good enough for this guy and lady! Service was shocking, not just the return but the lack of wanting to assist.Will stay with reputable and friendly shops! About Cats and Dogs anywhere is not worth my money!!!

Visited their new location just outside the new Spar, next to Builders Warehouse, on Thursday. Lovely bright and airy shop, duty staff member guy was super friendly, helpful and happy to see me.Good luck in the new location guys!

The lady that works at About Cats and Dogs Parklands is nit suitable for the job. She is a rude sarcastic person that belongs in the back, not working with customers.Uninformed and unhelpfull
