Placed my order two days ago, did payment and was notified via email on when to collect. Goods ready with no issues, friendly service. Even though the parts are aftermarket, still fit and are decent quality. Highly recommended

I have bought numerous parts here at good prices. Be sure to check on line and order as this is no longer a on-site collection centre. Parts are sent by courier. Service has been good.

I called in with a simple question concerning my order, which could not be answered by the first call attendant.I was then transferred, in a matter of seconds, to a woman who gave no name. Instead of listening to the problem, she jumped down my throat saying I havent paid for the product, so once I do, only then will she answer questions. I tried to explain the nature of my question, which was 'Once i pay, how long will delivery take, as i need the part urgently'. Stil not listening, she became very rude which caused me to retaliate. I was then notified via e-mail that my order has been cancelled as I have not followed rules and payment will not be accepted. Communication is vital, and considering that your company relies on communication, it really needs to be seen to.

The couriers take for ever for R300 .. cheap shop but get someone els to bring it to customers

Bought side mirrors for my Polo, arrived in 2-3 days. I couldnt find these even at scrap yard and VW were selling glass only for R1k, bought them R160 a piece. Good quality. Minus 1 star just because of expensive courier option.

Horrible service and attitude from Mamadou at JCT. Can't complete orders due to error on their website he proceeds to tell you how you should request someone to show you how the internet works or google what city you stay in.When sending them screenshots of how their system is ot functionong correctly the tell you to rather take your business elsewhere.They deserve every one star rating they have here and on hellopeter.Persuant to your reply I have attached (AGAIN AS PER MY EMAILS) a screenshot of your website where itrequests submission of a delivery address.Please, show me where I inserted the address twice ?

Parts are of extremely poor quality and owner has no integrity and attempted to fib continuously.- They did not provide the correct amount of clips and they response is that they don't have to.- Lights are incorrectly sized and poor quality.- Plastic bits are weak and brittle.- They do not attempt to assist but rather push away responsibility - quite contrary to when goods are being sold.The companies return policy is however flawed. I do encourage all purchases with issues to challenge.

Horrible customer service from Mamadou... going back and forth on emails with regards to a wrong reference number used yes I admit that I used a previous reference number and that was my fault as a customer but after telling mamadou to please check that the amounts are not the same for for the two orders mamadou insists that this order was already sent out and after sending mamadou the order placed and explaining that this order amount is for the pop sent still no joy and after requesting that some one cal me so that I can explain the misunderstanding and get my order but no response and when you try to call them no answer... really unhappy

Terrible customer service,I been supporting JCT since it was just a garage ...I live right up the road yet they now refuse to let me collect and insist on courier FEES courier to where?They used to have good parts now its just like these chinese shops at china mall.Always making changes to its rules and never making it to benefit customers.NO more SUPPORT from me.
