Best place ever for renting clothes, for styling, shoots and films. They literally have anything you need, I mean anything.

Highly disgusting customer service. Cashiers treat customers like garbage and the costumes are in horrible condition.Simply by asking a question about how the payment works and them telling us how we don’t know how the business works. I don’t understand how you are claiming we made remarks about your rude staff which never happened. I hope people stop using your business and many have complained about one male worker there plenty of times and he keeps working their. Funny how the man was white so I have no idea how your reply makes any sense.

Don’t walk, run in the other direction away from this place. The costumes look like they’ve been rented out for 20 years and hardly washed. The staff look so unhappy and there is one particularly rude male cashier who everyone seems to be complaining about in these reviews. You underestimate the power of the internet and might want to google cancel culture if you continue to operate like this.

Really enjoyed my time here. Staff is super engaged and helpful. The selection is immense. The prices are affordable. And they’re lenient with their hiring term to accommodate your event. One small niggle is the checkout waiting time, but I’d definitely recommend regardless.

Really disappointed in the way the manager dealt with his customers. Customers where requesting payment terms for the rentals of costumes. The lady at the till specified one thing and once all the items were selected and payment had to proceed, the manager rudely fought with the customer who was wanting to pay and said she may not assume prices but must use facts. All present where absolutely shocked at how aggressive the manger was to the customer. The customer did apologize to the manager but he unnecessarily kept on harassing the customer. She desperately need the costumes and wished to resolve the issue. She then went back to the lady who helped her initially and the documents were signed for the rental. In order to pay she would need to come back to the manager which then fought with her and her boyfriend again. He then ripped up the documents in front of them and told them to leave.A manager is required to help customers and provide a service, not bring unrest. I have never in my life seen a man so rude to a woman.I must however mention that the other employees were absolutely lovely and helpful. Attending to all the needs of the customers.Before sending this I did read through the comments to see if any comments were mayed prior and I noticed there were. I saw the manager accused the client of racism. This is not true. I did not witness any for of racism. The manager is just trying to make the customer seem like the guilt party.Hope this helps anyone reading this avoid this same experience. Have a blessed day.

Absolutely horrific customer service. I went there and was trying to understand how the deposit and payment for the hired clothing works and they were very rude to me and said “people like you always get the facts wrong and don’t understand how this business works”Then when I went to pay for the clothing I told the male cashier that their staff were very condescending and rude, and he tore up my slip and told me to get out the building.YOU people are foul.Update: the business is trying to play the race card. Just because someone is arguing with a person of color doesn’t make it racism darling. I have several witnesses who would tell you the truth. You have arrogant, rude staff who don’t know how to speak to customers. Telling you to address the issue, isn’t making a derogatory statement. Grow up, take accountability and stop using your staff of color as a scape goat.
