ONE WIRELESS

I would never recommend this company to anyone. When you send in a complaint we have to wait on responses. My mum works from home not having WiFi, she can't do her work and have to spend almost the same amount of money out which she pays them to buy outside data. The wifi is off and on, no immediate communication. Not having WiFi for days even over a weekend, yet they expect the full amount every month. Last time my mum was told she must pay for a technician to come out, infact it was one of their equipment went faulty so why,? she didn't pay when they realise it was their own equipment. Bad standards. We can't even watch Netflix nothing no one can use their phones in the house. My mum now had it with their services and not always a pre-message are being sent, only when we query it we were told they need to procure hardware to resolve the issue. No one said nothing, my mum constantly sent message only then they answer this is now on and of for 2 weeks and over the weekend and still we struggling. Please people out there, this is a no! no!!!!! Never again.

Never have internet connection. And we have to contact them all the time to find out what the problem is with the wifi.Very unprofessional when it comes to service to the clients. Communication is very important and keep clients up to date.Not happy at all thinking of changing to Fiber.

I would give this Internet Service Provider zero stars if I could.Constant connection problems and downtime.I absolutely would not recommend One Wireless as your ISP.

So the wifi has had issues of buffering since. Tuesday...we called the office earlier on and where told they will get bck to us after checking on the system what is wrong and they closed without responding...the call out guys are charging us another 250 after they didn't complete the job fist time...this is so unfair becoz its 1 week of no connection n months of buffering network yet still hve to pay full price every month

They seem to strive hard to give a reliable, good service and I've not experienced any problems in this regard. I've been notified when they are dealing with issues that may affect me but seldom have.

Never have connection and they never answer support call! Rather get fibre this is a waste

Thank you One Wireless for your tireless efforts to keep us connected. I have been a client since 2018 and can say that the occasions that we had no connection was minimal but I appreciate the times so now and then as it gives me time to take a break from the screen and doing things we don't make time for when we constantly online.

Constant downtime & internet connectivity problems with this company. Very weak, slow & unhelpful customer response.

Had less problems with Telkom. Internet is constantly turning on and off, when I log a complaint they don’t get back to you unless you chase them down and even then you probably won’t come right.
