Ingrid is the right therapist for me. Her approach to a holistic therapy really impresses me. I thought I know what I need as I booked my first Reiki appointment with her but within minutes, she figured out why I really came and we started the EMDR therapy. I trusted her immediately and we moved through the pain together. Although I only had a couple sessions, I can say that it has a very positive impact on my overall feeling. I feel more empowered, relaxed and know how to release fear when it comes up again.After some sessions of EMDR, we decided that it’s a good time to do a Reiki session. I have done Reiki before but Ingrid’s Reiki is so much more powerful. I was very impressed how she picked up on things that I have never told her. I walked out with a clear focus and emotions were released that I have suppressed for a long time. I can only recommend Ingrid to the community. Her flexibility in therapy methods made this experience far from what I have been exposed to and I am so grateful that I found her in my neighborhood.

Ingrid is amazing - she helped me get the help I need, resolve difficult challenges, and enjoy life's blessings to the fullest. She performed E.M.D.R therapy so i could overcome past trauma and I am so pleased with the results. Highly recommend a supremely experienced and caring professional like Ingrid.

One of the most Tranquil, relaxing experiences I have ever had. When l left her space it felt like my heart Chakra had opened up 10 folds , I was just floating in love and gratitude.Ingrid is so lovely, she makes you feel at ease and comfortable… I am definitely going back for more sessions..

I have been doing the EMDR treatments and it have had such great results. I sleep a lot better at night, and my anxiety has almost completely disappeared which was something that kept me from sleeping well at night. I’m so happy and I’ll definitely keeping going to Ingrid. Highly recommend her

This was my first reiki session and as a person who overthinks, I was extremely anxious. I think Ingrid is the right person for the job because her energy is very calm and relaxing. She explains everything thoroughly, and she addresses any concerns you may have before the session starts, so you continue in a calm state. My reason for going there was anxiety and mental fatigue, I also felt this deep sadness in my spirit. I'm a bit of a pessimist, so I went in with low expectations, but I left feeling recharged, optimistic, and a lot more aligned with the true image of who I know myself to be. I hadn't laughed or smiled in over a week, but I found myself genuinely laughing and smiling moments after parting with Ingrid. She didn't add anything to or modify anything about who I really am, I feel like she just restored me. It's almost as if I have a reset button and she pressed it. There's a lot of interesting stuff that happened in that session, some are very mind boggling. Overall it's a beautiful experience everyone should try! Thank you Ingrid! And keep up the good work! I will be coming back in future.

Healing has many layers and we all need to heal spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Reiki with Miss Ingrid is a process we all need. Amazing part is she is able to connect all these layers and provide holistic healing. It takes time and one needs to be consistent, don't just start and stop. I've seen Ingrid for reiki now twice (once in person at her studio in Johannesburg, and once remotely) and each experience has been fantastic.
