The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Conrad, the manager was hands on in helping his staff. All in all a very pleasant evening with hot tasty food

Pine Ridge Spur Steak Ranch
On the 9th of April my family and I went to Spur Pine Ridge in Cascades for a lunch. We were given a table to sit and the place was very quiet. We waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to take our orders until we asked for somebody. We still waited for quite some time after asking to be assisted. A waitress came to take our orders and told us that she has knocked off already our waitress will come. She took our orders and we waited again for quite a while for our drinks until we ask to see the manager. When we finally got our food we get burnt food. This was a very horrible service feeling like you are there to bother them!!!!

Pine Ridge Spur Steak Ranch
Haven't been to Spur in a while but was pleasantly surprised by the tasty food (wings, steak and prawns). The waitron was simply outstanding too. Pleasant and efficient. The manager also offered us breakfast, even though we were late for it. Really good service. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in, and were seated, to the excellent service from Hodi, and hands-on manager Conrad, we were proudly South African! Generally disappointing for Spur. We have kids so we frequent different spurs regularly!The waiter was completely disinterested.My wife’s steak was full of sinew, it happens I know but this was the second time!My steak was thin and smaller than normal with less sauce than normal too.The kids enjoyed, but that’s why we go.

Pine Ridge Spur Steak Ranch
The food at Spur is always something to talk about. I really enjoyed my meal and the servers are always friendly and helpful. There is always a smile on all their faces and it is very evident that they love their job. The atmosphere is great, however, I felt that it was a little too noisy and at times, it was difficult to hear what was said by the person sitting next to me. Nevertheless, I had a lovely time at Spur Pine Ridge. Would always recommend it to everyone wanting to have a great meal and a fabulous time.

We had very delicious Pitza & Chicken Schnitzel with creamy mushroom sauce and chips. The Service was excellent and waiters were very friendly. Good place for having lunch on a Sunday.
