When we bought our house there was a ink mark on the carpet in one of the bedrooms that the estate agent said the owners of the house hadn't been able to remove. When we arranged for Immaculate Cleaning to clean our carpets we were not expecting them to get the ink mark out but were delighted when they removed the mark and returned the carpet to a beautiful condition. Asking the owner of Immaculate why they had been able to get the mark out when others had failed before she told me that Immaculate uses a fibre specific cleaning method where carpets are cleaned based on their fibre composition rather than a one size fits all cleaning method. This worked wonders on our carpets. Thank you Immaculate

Response time to quotes and emails is a little slow. I did get my rug back after three weeks, it was delivered, looking clean, with no more pet stains or smells.

Had my really large dirty Gabbeh rugs and Persians cleaned and the one Gabbeh must have really been quite a challenge because of it's size and weight, the carpets came back and are immaculately clean, now my grandchildren and I can start all over again.

Immaculate were incredible in cleaning our Persian carpet with eight cats in our house and a dog it was not looking great but Immaculate did a super job to get it back to looking new again
