Morning it's not my own experience but I'm talking on behalf of my 82 year old mom..... and i experience it myself..... At 19:50 my mom's window next to her bed was still open... My mom's bed was dirty... The food that she was trying to eat herself.... And we at home are feeding her so the bed was also a mess... The next day my sister came there 7 o clock my mom was lying vertical with her legs between the rails of the bed so i just want to ask where were the carers that was aupose to sit with my mom 24/7....i hope i get a feedback my sister also spoke to the matron about all our concerns a hospital is suppose to be a safe haven especially to the elders... nurses was laughing at night and talk all their stuff as if rhey were at a party.... So i hope this matter will be resolved and that nurses will be nurses as in years back

Excellent healthcare and treatment facility! The Doctors and staff are amazing - professional, kind and knowledgeable.The hospital itself is spacious, modern, impeccably clean and comfortable.I was particularly impressed by the maternity ward - felt similar to a hotel rather than a hospital. Single occupancy rooms ensured for privacy and a peaceful environment during the recovery process.

I had the privilege of delivering my newborn at Stellenbosch Mediclinic earlier this week. The doctors, nurses, admin staff and every other staff member I dealt with were professional, friendly and willing to assist if and when needed. My stay was amazing and the maternity ward is an all single-room ward (for the time being), therefore privacy is a given. Thanks for a great stay!

Great facility and very neat and clean. Most of your emergency, ordinary and specialst medical needs available. A cafeteria cater for light meals and refreshments. The facility is new and very pleasant to visit. There is no reason to prevent a visit to Stellenbosch mediclinic.

Was at Emergency for a possible kidney stone. Dr Chris and staff were brilliant...thank you. As it was a kidney stone I was admitted quickly and by 7pm I was in theatre. Dr Martin (urologist) and the staff in the ward were wonderful. Thank you all.

I had the misfortune of a possible snake bite and went to the emergency department to get it checked out. My experience was really excellent. Registered and triaged quickly and then the doctor examined my puncture wounds and other info and was able to assure me it wasn't a snake bite - and then took the time to explain the types of snake bites and venoms in S Africa and how he'd been able to make a clear diagnosis. I couldn't have asked for any more. Excellent.

If I could give a zero starI would. WORST place EVER to go to in a emergency!! Will NEVER go there again once was once too many!! We were there with our ten month old baby with a fever of 39.9 degrees. I don't even want to get into our experience, it's jus absolutely shameful really. Point being please think twice before using them for emergencies, they don't know what the word means.

With an unplanned visit to the ER at 1am on a Sunday, which required a return for a checkup during office hours a few hours later.Was looked after by Nurse Archer and Dr Prinsloo, who both did the amazing work - all the extra consultation with Dr Jay for the best outcome.Thank you very much.

Poor service. They are severely understaffed on doctors and nurses. Came to the ER and had to wait more than an hour for any kind of care. Condition got worse while waiting, still had to keep waiting. Shocking for a private hospital. Give Mediclinic Stellenbosch a skip if you can or pray that you are lucky enough to get the needed care in due time.
