KFC Boardwalk Complex
This is the worst KFC I've ever been. Extremely unfriendly staff members. I've been there 3 times and I left 3 times without purchasing anything because of the poor service there. Once they don't have the burgers (in stock / available) on offer, another time a bucket of pieces one has to wait for 30 minutes. I don't like to go there again. I went all the way to Walmer KFC where the service is excellent!

The person who was serving us was in a very foul mood. She was very impatient with my friend who could not speak IsiXhosa properly.The food also took too long to get to us, and we did not get any explanation when we enquired.

Kfc is always great and this shop was no different. This shop requires you to use the electronic ordering system when paying with a card. Only cash payments ate allowed at the till point. This does feel very restrictive as options on the consol is set I.e. you cannot ask for a specific piece. Whilst I like the consol option I do think having the option to pay at the counter. Otherwise all good

Very clean, but terrible customer service. One gent bought supper and went to his car to come back for the rest room but they wouldn’t let him in without a receipt. So much that it ended up being a fight. The guy went back to his car to get the food, left it on the counter and ran to the rest room. When he came out, he demanded that they refund him as he can’t support an establishment that treats its customers like that but they refused.

This has to be the worst KFC ever. The hours are not the same as the ones listed on Google maps and it makes no sense how the whole of Summerstrand depends on only this one KFC. It's super unreliable and deliveries are often hard to get.

It's not the first time but the second that I have ordered something. I received the complete opposite. I ordered a SW 3 and received a SW1...I was rushing to catch a taxi, this is so inconvenient seeing as I cannot exactly take it back.

I love KFC but this KFCs chicken was very bad. They did mention on buying that they've changed the type of chicken they use, it's injected to grow faster something like that also it's the reddish inside, I thought that should be fine because most chickens are injected anyway. but it tasted bad and had a wired smell. I'm sorry will never buy from that KFC again.
