Stopped at Sasol Lydenburg on our way back to Pretoria. After waiting some time asked whether we can be assisted. Answer received from one of the attendants - later!! We just drove off and this place will NEVER see us again. Will rather drive to the next garage. What poor service.

Here they sell petrol for a premium price but service is foreign to them. Even if they just wash a window or even ask if anything needs to be done, but that is apparently too much to ask.

On Friday we were passing through Lydenburg on the way to Hoedpsruit. Our vehicle was remote jammed by 3 African males driving a white Toyota fortuner with no registration plates. What frustrates me the most is there was a female car guard who insisted she would keep an eye on my car. Not even 3 minutes in the rather dirty restrooms, my car was broken into, valuables stolen and the car guard who had one job voluntarily" to do

Dirty toilet and over full dustbins!! Unfriendly, rude ladies on duty in shop we have ever seen. Two Ladies isln shop even laugh at Customers on your way out. You can see Management is not active at all I hope SASOL SA do something about this.
