Horrible service ever. My brother bought a double garage door and the whole thing collapsed within few months. We reported the matter to the owners. RIKA". They are having all sorts of excuses and issues to rectify their product FAIL. They are simply ignoring our query. They are cowards who robbed Us. Be warned

Of the 4 times they arranged to come to my house they were 2, 2, 2 and 1 hour/s late. They took much langer than originally guaranteed to complete the work. Not the most most pleasing work but my new garage doors goes up and down, great.

On 4 January 2018, my sister who has cancer, experienced problems with the wooden double garage door that refused to open.  Due to a double mastectomy she does not have the power in her arms, shoulders and neck that she used to have.  She tried to open the garage door manually, but unfortunately the cable came loose and the door turned skewed.  I have called at least 10 different garage door repairers, but almost every repairer in Pretoria that I have called did not answer the calls.  Seemingly all of them are closed until 8 January 2018. I was pleasantly surprised when I called “Right Quip Doors”.  I was greeted by a pleasant, friendly, energetic and professional lady by the name of Chantelle Read.  She understood the technicalities and said that she can have a technician at my house within 30 minutes.   Her promised was honoured and the friendly technician Abraham arrived on time and he is very capable. He did not only fix the cable but also paid attention to lose screws, smooth running of the rollers, resetting the memory etc.  Obviously as a woman, I was very worried about the bill.  I was more than pleasantly surprised when I was billed for a call out fee of R550-00 only.  Recently I have dealt with so many companies that ripped me off due to call outs during festive season, but I am proud to say “Right Quip Doors” is the exception to the rule.  They were there in times when no one else was available or willing to help. They have exceeded my expectations and I am more than impressed with the services rendered without over charging the client. Well done to Chantelle, Abraham and team.  I am definitely going to promote this company and “Right Quip Doors” must be very proud of honest and professional employees. Thank you for being a friend!  Keep up the good work

Best Garage Repairer I have encountered..no nonsense..replaced Torsion Springs at 33% less than the next quote..arrived withing a few hours, job carried out effeciently by a great team of repairers, 'affordable exellence', a rare thing in SA!

Terrible. Called them for a garage door service, with no apparent problem, except for being a bit slow. When I arrived home, garage door motor was gone, without any call. After much effort, they finally informed me that the gearbox is faulty, quoted me R2670 to repair. I paid. 2 weeks later, they came to install the “repaired” motor, but there was no difference in speed, and now the battery is missing. Called them, again they came out and took away the motor without any courtesy call. Now, 4 weeks later, I am still waiting for feedback, only to hear that they are still waiting for feedback from the factory. This ordeal is now going on 2 months, how difficult can it be?

I had three new garage doors installed in 2016. They where one of the few companies to actually respond to the request for a quote by coming out to the property to check instead of simply e-mailing back a standard price.As the one door is not a standard installation this meant we could discuss various options.The installation was done professionally and the installation teams where friendly and professional at all times. I wanted different remotes to the standard ones as I did not want more than one remote to carry around and they went out of their way to find the correct information and supply remotes that would work.During a long period where we did not have electricity they came out to assist with one garage door I had trouble with opening manually. When I contact them to service the doors they respond timeously.It is a pleasure doing business with this company.

I bought 2 garage door and a front door from them, the garage doors were delivered, but it's been almost 2 months and we do not have the front door. They keep on saying the door will be installed today, but dololo no correspondence no door until you call them back for feedback. But we paid them 80% they required. Such bad service.

Rightquip should be name Wrongquip. Unprofessional business in Pretoria ever. There are many businesses out there who gives goodvalue for money. This wrongquip is good in taking your money, services is another story. Kak business, stay away

Bad company ever...Till today still waiting for them to come repair their mess on my garage doors they installed since last year November 2020. They are good in empty promises. Good people be warned not to go through what I went through. Bad service...

Be warned, Save yourself from a lot of headache Do not buy from this people. I bought Double garage door which cost me 19k. I paid cash and they installed. Withing 4 month i remotely opened the doors and it came falling off rails. I then reported the matter to them and they right away wanted to charge me to come to site ,evaluate and charge me for any part damaged. I then produced my paper issued by them stating that if a buy from them there is a 12 MONTH GUARANTEE of product and workmanship. They then apologized and said they will come to site right away to fix. They NEVER did. It is almost 2 months now.They have been ignoring my emails and my calls. They are just thugs that shouldn't be in business. rika, blignaut and others know the problem and they haven lifted a finger to assist a customer that paid the cash. Dont be fooled by their FAKE testimonials written by they friends claiming they are good. I see below my review there is a gentlemen by the name Alan Britton had similar problem and they never wanted to take responsibility. stay away mense. 2 months now and No communication whatsoever!!
