The customer service is bad yor there is one cashier she acts like she owns the shop dnt even have a way to communicate with her customers I did complain by the manager or supervisor which was a lady but the two of them laughed and all she said to that cashier is stop it and it happened in front of other customers loud and clear.

No prices on most items then somebody must go and find out - then this somebody takes his/her time to get back....this causes such a delay at the tills

Store has been upgraded recently. The shelves are topped up with more goods. However, there are only a few cashiers, which makes the checkout system a bit slow.Furthermore, would appreciate a noticeboard at the bakery with times of when we can expect baked bread to be ready.Overall, it's a great store for convenience.

Checkout Bonteheuwel is a supermarket that serves the majority of Bonteheuwel because it is situated at the town centre. It was inactive for a while only selling essentials, but has now stocked up again. Unless their pricing is viable customers will take a taxi ride to the mall on their doorstep. Business needs to be competitive and Checkout needs to realize that. Good for emergency and essential stock.

The worst experience ever!! I have never seen such slow service. Tills are locked after every purchase and has to be unlocked with a special key and there's no one to help or assist. There's no service lights at the tills which means the tellers must sit and wait for a miracle. This is an indication that managers don't trust their staff and shoppers must simply wait in long queues. Is it because the shop is in Bontehuewel that service is bad?? And they wonder why the majority of people support other shops. #Bad service

I have no other option but to shop at Checkout weekly because of limited funds. But they don't stock everything I prefer. And I have to go to other shops outside the area for what I need.
